• May 19 : Musique Action festival, Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy, France: premier of "darkness becoming narrative" by M.Goldstein, performed by L'Archipel Nocturne.
• May 22 : Festival International de la Musique Actuelle, Victoriaville, Québec: trio performances with Barre Phillips, contrabass, and Catherine Jauniaux, voice.
• June 10 : Locrian Chamber Players, New York City: premier of "the sky has many stories to tell" by M.Goldstein; composition commission with support of the Canada Council for the Arts.
• New CD recording to be released in the Spring: "along the way", duo improvisations for violin and pipa, M.G. with Liu Fang; Philmultic Records.
